"I called Integra Homes in May of 2007 to inform you of a construction defect in our home that was causing a leak. At that point, Amy and I had been living in our home for almost 4 years. During the 4 years that we had been in our home, we have had very few issues or problems. We were genuinely concerned that the leak was a defect of original construction but had not caused any problems until a few years after the home was built. Most builders would have simply told us that the warranty period of 1 year was over and that we needed to pay for the repair or turn it in to our homeowner's insurance. The reason that we built our home with you was because you have been honest and fair with us - before, during and after construction. That is a rare quality to find in today's day and age where companies and people do not deliver service after the sale. Amy and I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for the excellent service that you provided for us. We really enjoy our home and are thankful that you resolved the problem for us.
